At Josie Maran, we want you to love your skin-loving rituals. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate your request.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your Argan-infused products in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
